Abstract Art Originals

A.D. Cook has painted abstract artworks since the early 1980s, first on canvas, and then most recently in metal. His current abstracts are created in urethane media on specially grinded aluminum panels. Through the careful application of paints and techniques, A.D. ensures that each and every painting is a unique and original one-of-a-kind artwork, with the finished artwork taking on a life of its own.

Over time, A.D. has created a variety of paintings outside his current subject matter (mostly figurative paintings and abstract originals). The “Other Art” section includes art that doesn’t fit into any of those other criteria. There is a mixture here of art completed in different mediums and subject matter, including a few portraits, motorcycle paintings and cigar art.
