Grape Vegas hosted a special art unveiling party for A.D. Cook in April, 2010. A.D. presented five new original paintings on metal with the help of three lovely ladies – two in body paint. Johnny Love Vodka played sponsor and Tim Catching and Donna Burt entertained with music. Thanks to Rob Whited for photography. It was a magical evening. This year’s International Artexpo played host to over 500 exhibitors. Every type of art imaginable was represented there. Many fascinating artists and their art will grace these pages in the weeks to come.

The second floor view of one of the two immense halls at Artexpo. It seemed like you could walk for miles and fill your eyes with color at every turn.

Nyx – the goddess of night unveiled…

Last weekend at the Grand Opening of the Southern Nevada Center for the Arts, A.D. Cook unveiled his most recent Artist Fusion ™ painting. It’s titled “Nyx” and features the lovely NevaehLleh.

“Nyx” is 36″ x 46″ and painted in urethanes on aluminum. Come see the A.D. Cook gallery and studio located at the brand new Southern Nevada Center for the Arts.
